I was wondering if anyone would be going to the "Thrills in the Hills" ride in Hot Springs on September 1st through the 3rd. It says that the first 100 are free. I just got a way to trailer my jeep somewhere and was thinking about going, just wondering if any of you were considering it?

I was thinking about it. Looks like the next opportunity for me since August will be a bust and I won't be in town the next two weekends in July.

Well, I tried to register this morning and it asked for payment, etc for $47. Went so far as to ask for credit card number/paypal account so, I guess the free rides are used up. The whole event is limited to 200 vehicles and since it apears that over 100 have registered, could be sold out soon. I am really ready to get this thing on the trails again but still working on a way to trailer it there instead of flat-towing it like last Christmas. Just want a backup plan in case something breaks that keeps it from rolling. -jim |
