Let's start throwing around some ideas for our next meeting. I had thoughts about a tailgate party at a football game with burgers and such.
Does anybody have an idea to throw in the hat?

That sounds good. If I had any days off, I would like to have a meeting here at my house. Cookout type of thing. But we need to do something to draw attention. That is why I was thinking of the sonic thing in Columbus. Plan it a month in advance and put it in the papers.

Speaking of showing off, the shopping cart is going to be in a car show at Mossy Oak Saturday September 3rd. I will try to have some publicity materials there for the club. Some of you may want to shine the rigs up and put it in the show as well. In the back of my mind, I would like to get my buggy mobile and try to take it.

It sounds like several are interested in coming to the car show at the Mossy Oak store on September 3rd. There is also the Prarire Arts festival in West Point which is pretty neat if you like arts and crafts and such. Why don't we make a lunch date for a meeting at the old Time Grill at the Mossy Oak store.
I will have the shopping cart there and I am making a stab at getting the buggy mobile. It will be unpainted but it may be worth bringing anyway. I will try to make some flyers to tell people about our club and forums.
Brad, how can we get some more stickers?

Anybody that wants to have lunch let's meet at 11:30 at the Old Time Grill in the Mossy Oak store in West Point at 11:30 - September 3rd. The car show starts at 12:00 noon and live entertainment will be going on through the afternoon. The admission to "look" is free. If anyone is intersted in entering a vehicle let me know and I can post the information.

Sorry I missed the meeting. I wanted to be there, but my jeep has been in the shop getting the trans. rebuilt, again. How was the car show and how many members showed up?
