The car show was pretty good considering the hurricane, and the high gas prices. There were some good cars there. It really was not a meeting, but there were about five members there - Rob, Brad, Brian, Craig, and me. Lets start setting up some more rides, even if they are only at local areas like ridgelakes. We need to work on some meeting times also. Maybe some of us can meet on Saturdays and make it to some of the football games as well. Any ideas?

Why don't we do a tailgate get together before the GA game? I am also up for some riding once my jeep gets out of the shop.

Does anyone have a spot that they usually set up for tailgating? I know Brad (Hughes) use to tailgate up here, but he's in jackson now and I dont know if he comes to all the games now.

We used to tailgate in the parking lot behind Allen Hall. It was pretty accessible. I will ask around about a better spot.

If you get there early enough, you can tailgate in front of Dorman. It is a good place and really close to the Stadium and that's where a lot of other people setup.

most of those people pay to park in those spots to tailgate. I think last year was $70 which worked out to $10 a game.

I plan to come up for a couple but I won't be tailgating where I was last year. I haven't decided which ones I will be able to come to yet.
