I wanted to say thanks a ton to RC and Clint for all the help with the locker install saturday. I took the truck out Sunday and found me a good deep ditch where I could get one rear wheel off the ground. Leaving it in 2 wheel drive I went right thru...crawling not spinning. Just wanted to let you guys know that the thing works as advertised! Couldn't be happier! I will be getting the pics up soon.

Oh I'm bitter now! Thanks for the help Clint? I think he was there to learn too. No problem though. Glad the detroit works the way it should. Glad the truck drives fine. I'm the one that should thank Clint for the help! I appreciate everyone's help with the Polaris, even though the stupid CV never came out. I'm taking it to the dealership Monday pretty sure... -RC

Yeah, like RC said, it was a big learning thing for me, too. Thanks for lunch, BTW.

Told ya I was gonna steal that one. Let me know how much explosive the dealer uses to get that CV out.

OK I dropped the Polaris off at the dealership today. Nothing screams defeat like taking your vehicle someplace to get it fixed. They have some tricks to try they say. If nothing else works, they're going to drill out the CV shaft and use a punch to drive out the other side. I told them to have fun with that! I can't imagine drilling a hole through 2" of shaft. Can't wait to see what the bill will be... -RC

Did you take it to the dealership in West Point? If so, I am eating lunch with a bank president today. I could put in a good word.
