I'm looking to make a short day trip or single night wheeling trip for my birthday. I was set on Grayrock, BUT found out they are closed till Feb.
Has anyone spent any time at the ORV park in Fulton, MS. I'd rather just do some trail riding and "light" wheeling (the wife will be going)(just glad she's showing some interest). I need a break away from pavement plus I'll be entering my third decade of life.
I saw that the name is Barnyard Mudboggers, so I'm wondering if it is a bunch of mud holes and rutted up trails. It's kinda chilly to be making a mess of my rig or wading in knee deep mud to pull cable. Since I'll be pretty much by my self (the wife will be going), I don't want to get myself into some bad situations. Unless some others would be interested in exploring the Fulton hills. Thanks for the info!

Thanks. I knew there was a write-up on here somewhere, but couldn't run across it yesterday.
I put in to be off work next Friday, Jan 25. All I saw on their website was that they are open Friday afternoon and Saturday and Sunday. I guess it's every weekend.

I don't think they are open until Feb. 8th by the information on their web site. The last time I rode I noticed a few deer stands scattered around so I figure they are letting the dust settle from deer season.

I see that now. I had seen their schedule said "open Jan. 1" and ass-umed that meant from then on. I guess I'll be rethinking some plans.
