Bcjeep you and your family are in our prayers.
I am sorry that I missed the ride as well and I hope that someone is going to post a trail report - you know carnage and stuff ;D
We should come up with a points scale of breaks give awards at the end of the year.
Jason and I got out for a while and visited a few junk yards to take inventory. We found something that may be of interest to some. There are several AMC Eagle cars in Charlie Peay's yard on 389. They have 258 6 cylinders with A/C. I robbed the brackets and York pump off of one to put onboard air on my CJ7. There are more brackets there if anyone is interested. I bolted everything up in my CJ7 and it bolted in perfectly except I need a double v belt pulley for my alternator. The York pump mounts where the alternator usually sits on the CJ, so you willl need to get the alternator bracket as well.

Sorry to hear that too Bryan, I could only understand half the stuff you said on the phone. I hope everything turns out alright.
I busted a ball joint on Sunday, as I almost rolled my drivers side off a big ledge. I also destroyed the front control arm mount on the axle tube... again. We welded some c-bar to it in 2 places and its holding up well, just not pretty. The upper control arm mount on the frame on the drivers side front ripped off the frame in one spot as well, bending the bolt that holds the arm on. Other than that, I did okay, oh, and I bent the front pass. side fender again as well. Oh, and Rob, the rear held up just fine. Thanks for doing a good job.
Daniel was riding in the back of one of the guys from Florida's Suzuki, and it rolled on the driver side. Everyone was fine though. Paige's YJ from the coast (SMJC) was awesome! Dana 60s, 44" boggers, fox coilovers, hydraulic steering, and an atlas II. The only thing he lacked was limiting straps, b/c it was swaying all over the place, but thats all hes lacking really.

I took it pretty easy on Saturday... no trail damage to speak of... but halfway ripped off a fender flare and bent my license plate when I just about laid the Jeep on it's side in a rut half as deep as the Jeep. Anna loved that... I saw plenty of carnage though... one of the Florida guys broke a lockright and Jerry broke a rear Dana 60 shaft, and one of the guys from the coast blew up a hub in his CJ. I got to test the York out and I am please with it. I aired up mine and Chip's tires in about 10 minutes. We also met lots of great people from all over the south. One of the best things I saw was R.C. going up Rock Garden 3 on the 4-wheeler... It made me a little nervous, he was on 2 wheels more than on 4. Overall, Gardendale was great. All the creek crossings are lots of fun. It would have been a little better if it hadn't been so muddy.

Chip the estimated arrival date of my Wrangler springs and bushings are Wednesday. I may have an extra if we need to get busy making some mounts.

I had a great time! The suzuki roll over was definetly my highlight It was pretty wild haha. After that I figured I was good to go.... Until Chip tried to hit that trail on sunday where we almost rolled over. It was a pretty good drop off from the ledge we were sitting on. The whole time Chip was nothing but gas until I guess he heard us all yellling or felt the roll comming on himself!! Talk about nuts. Overall a great time though.
