Get some spare shafts, inners and outers for the front and some extra u-joints. Do you have tow hooks or something strong and dependable that you can use a strap on front and rear? Thats important. I would say a winch would be your best future purchase though. When you start talking lockers and gears, you gotta ask yourself, "Are my axles strong enough for what Im gonna be doing?" Well, if you have the stock axles, that rear dana 35 is kinda weak. Your front axle is dependable, except for the outer shafts and u-joints. To make your life easier, when you get some new u-joints, get some full circle clips and dont use the c-clips that come with it.

a good tow strap and solid tow hooks would be the first thing I would get out of that list... then build it up as you go. A winch would probably be the next thing to get...

and build it once, decide what your goals are NOW so you don't have to go back and spend more money. if you want 35s now you better go ahead and get them

I have a big ft bumper with tow hooks, NO rear bumper or rear tow hooks I guess I need rear hooks/bumper. I just wanted to know what to bring that might not cost so much. Such as strap, cell phone, cb, low end stuff. Lockers, winch, expensive stuff like that will be years from now. My jeep will be road ready1st, trail ready 2nd. Remember my knee is tore out so I can not work for 3 months, so NO CASH !! I'm broke ! I drive for UPS so i can not work . Any other stuff to bring. ( that might not cost a arm and a leg ?? ;D

Hey, I work for UPS here at the Columbus center. Im a part timer, working nights, been working there for over a year now. Are you getting workers comp? At least your insurance should cover most of the surgery costs. Still sucks though.
Oh, and bring a camera with you. ;D

Been at ups for 15 yrs so far...... 3 years part time the rest driving the brown truck. Insurance only, so thats only $277.00 a week after taxes.... so NO MONEY !! I also have a small disabiltiy for $500.00 a month after 30 days off........ ( I buy it though the UPS credit union ) No workers comp, because hurt it off the clock !! So EVERYBODY need to check into buying a LARGE disabilty package. I'm going to up my coverage from $500.00 a month to like $1500 or more.... Just incase something esle happens to me down the road ! Thank God the wife works, so we will make it........ but my 2003 FX4 truck note is $900.00 a MONTH!!!
