Maybe you can get them to put the step rails on that they told me it had on it when I signed the papers for them to go get it and it doesn't. Now he is saying $400 for something it was suppose to have on it.

Ok spoke with my Jeep sales manager, and he said he just got off the phone with you and said he was able to correct your concern with the rails. I want to make sure we take care of you. Let me know if you’re satisfied with your conversation with Steve and if you have any more concern. Thank for doing business with us.

I was told if I lift it it would void the factory warranty if it's not done by authorized shops, is this correct? I hate to pay someone to bolt on a lift I can do in a couple hours.

Yes and no, it’s kind of subjective. We want to take care of our customers but it depends on the level of modification and the nature of the failure. We have to answer to Chrysler as well as our customers. What lift are you wanting to put on? What other mods are you planning to do with the lift?

I haven't really even looked, my wal mart manager is looking to lift his and this is what the dealership told him this. My TJ had a trailmaster 4" kit on it and I used the warranty on it several times, the first time the header cracked I was told it would not be covered and the next four times it was, go figure. I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go in that direction, I've been working on a juggy so the jku won't be seeing trails anytime soon, at least nothing major. Any issues I need to watch out for?
