Near Gadsden, AL. Supposed to be an awesome park with a lot of rocks. I haven't been but plan to go some time. I can't speak for the 4th because mine is not back together yet, but if it is, I will be going to Hawk Pride.

any one riding the weekend of the 4th ? Rob ,can we get you fixed up by then ? I will try to tear apart this weekend and see what I have to do. Well it is a little late for a july 4th ride, but here is an update on my buggy. I ended up having to take the whole rear rockwell out from under the buggy. The weak link was the spider gear on the left side. The welds did not break, rather the metal around the welds may have been fatigued by the heat. I ordered a mini spool to fix the problem. I just got it in and I know that this will no longer be my weak link! While I have the rear housing out I am going to build stronger link arms as the others were nearly elliptical rather than straight. Anybody have a ride in mind so I can set a goal in mind to finish this thing up? I need motivation to get things done these days.

Well I am one step closer to riding again. I got my rear axle back in this afternoon. I replaced a pinion bearing, both pinion seals, added a spool, replaced hub seals, packed bearingn etc. I basically went through the whole axle. I also straightened link arms and replaced all of the link bushings. With some minor adjustment we are ready to hit the trails again. Anybody had any thoughts on a ride?
