So I accepted a job offer and now I am buying a house. Life really accelerates after graduation.
I'm buying a house in the Fondren district of Jackson. Its a 1520 sq ft 1937 house that was almost completely renovated in 2005. It has 2 BR/1.5 bath, a study, and a sunroom. It has been well maintained, including the landscaping. It has the original refinished hardwood floors throughout and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. We close in June, and will be moving in probably July.
It also has a one car garage that was converted into a screened in cabana area... which Brooke likes a lot. So I will have to design and build a garage for myself somewhere else, or reclaim the old garage and build her cabana onto the back.
