I was watching mega machines on the discovery channel the other night, and they showed a ditch digger that was sporting those same tires. They said it was the only one in the US like that, it had 6 of those tires, and it dug a 4 ft ditch to help control drainage in recently mined areas. To clean it off, the guy just drove it into a lake cus it floated, spun the tires for a while, then drove it back out.
