I guess I should have mentioned that The property is on Hwy 50 - 2 miles west of Hwy 45 Alt. in West Point. It will be closer to my work.

I spotlighted 9 deer the other night - 3 were right behind the pool and 6 were in the back toward the pond. Chip there aren't any rocks, but there is no excuse why some could not be imported. If mud is your thing, I believe there will be holes out there year round.

The place looks great. I know the shop will be put to good use, and look on the bright side, no more blocking the garage with the buggy.

Rob, that is an awsome shop. Its cool that it has a house to go with it.Looks like we might have to enlarge the door to get your buggy in though.Congrats,I'm envious,we haven't even started on ours yet.

Making sure the buggy would fit in the door was the first thing I checked into about the property. It will fit with 2-3 inches to spare. We probably would not have bought the place if the buggy had not fit.
