I would like to try and go there because I didn't get to go to gardendale and I wanted to. If we could get some people to go then I would be up for it.

I am not sure about camping. It depends on if my wife is going or not. Being a couple of months great with child isn't conducive to sleeping on the ground. If she decides not to go then the ground it is. Camping is one of my favorite things to do. I personally do my best sleeping when it is cold.

I just saw your forecast posting and maybe we need to cut the camping off at a certain temperature - like maybe freezing. Just a thought.

I am more prone to cutting it off at 50. ;D I enjoy being comfortable to sleep. It is up to Cathey for me. If she wants to camp, then I camp. I may camp in my truck and let her sleep on the ground. I am not sleeping on the ground period. I will be on my trailer, in a tent, on level ground.

I have lots of great camping stuff and LOVE to camp... and have camped in some insanely cold weather... So I will just go with the flow. I understand the wife thing though.. Anna may be going again. She said after she got over her fear she really enjoyed it... and if Lori and Cathy are going she probably will. I will definitely bring an air mattress. That may be the best use of my OBA since I installed it! I still say that forecast is too far out to be accurate. I will probably just wait and see.

I was kind of kidding about the bus, but let's think about it. I have seriously been considering some type of camper for the family.
Let's hash out a few issues to see how much it may cost.
Where is the bus sitting now?
Is it mechanically capable of making a trip like this?
Does it have heat? Most important question.
Would I need to get temporary insurance?
Does it have a tag on it?
I am guessing about 12 miles to the galllon. Am I far off?
Does it have a trailer hitch where I could pull?
This idea may be too far fetched, but what the heck it makes for stimulating thoughts.
