Toys for tots ride is this weekend at Grey Rock. I won't be able to attend but this is a good ride to go on to give easy access to riding at Grey Rock. All you need is to bring a new, unwrapped toy worth at least $20.
If anyone is going, let me know and I would like to send a gift with you.

I am thinking real hard about going. Muzzle loader season is opening and I think it would be easier to get the buggy going than the muzzle loader.

I can't go either...it's essay writing season in the English department. I have to write 30 pages between now and Monday. Not cool...

I usually ride with the CMSJA guys, i'm from jackson but go to state and finally brought my jeep up here this year. I'll know for sure if i'm gonna make it in a few days.

Here is my situation - I have a 4 seater buggy. As af right now 2 seats are spoken for. Myself and one other. The rest of my family has obligations and will not be able to go. My truck is a 4 door duelly and will comfortably carry 4. It hurts to run that 454 Chevy on $3 a gallon. I would love for 2 more to go and pitch in about 20 bucks for fuel. Brandon, if you would like to go give me a holler.

If there are any seats still open, I'd like to go. Do you know what times you'd be leaving/returning? I can't cost justify dragging my jeep over right now primarily because of gas and a shared plan would work out for me. Would also give me a chance to scout the trails since I haven't been there before.

Allright, here is why I have not replied to this topic lately. My brother has come in from South Carolina and he is in the midst of a building project. I feel bad runing off an leaving him Sat. if he needs help this weekend. He may be through and will not need any help, but I will know more tonight. I will post tomorrow.
Jim, if I go the seat is all yours.
Brandon, If I go I will probably have to go early Sat. morning and if everything runs well I would travel back after dark that afternoon. It could only be a day trip for me. I have some obligations @ church Sunday.

Sounds good, just let me know when you figure things out for sure. I'm not going to go if i don't know of any other people with rigs going but if i go i need to run out to columbus in advance to pick up the jeep and give it a once over before heading out.

I just talked to my brother. He is begging for my help Saturday. Trail riding has a pretty high priority in my life, however family must come first. I apologize guys if I strung you on.
Brandon, I really want to meet you and do some riding with you. It sounds like you have a very capable rig. Let's schedule another trip.
Jim I will keep that seat open for you in the future.

Not a problem, man. I appreciate the offer. Good luck on the building project. Perhaps I'll now get a chance to work on my cj's driveshaft u-joints and get it back on the road.
