Rob and I went up Saturday with his buggy and rode for around 4 hours. We went back today and I brought my jeep and he had his buggy and we rode around 3 hours today. These past two days have probably been some of the best riding I have ever done. This place has some very challenging and technical places. It is amazing what this guy can do with a hill and a track hoe.
It is set up pretty well. It has a lot of variety for whatever anyone would want. It has two big muds holes for those that want to do that. It has miles of leisure trails for stock type rigs and off all of these trails is just trail after trail ranging from 1 to 5+.
I know there was several people that took pictures and hopefully they will post them. Certainly there will be pictures on their website.
I ended up laying my jeep over and hope that someone sends me some pictures of it.

I just want to say WOW! I had some electrical troubles Sat. and didn't get to do as much as we had planned - bad starter and weak battery. Got all of that fixed and we ran the snot out of some machinery on Sunday afternoon.
The guy has gone absolutely nuts with a backhoe. I was certainly more nervous on this trip than I have been in a while. One funny story - the first trail that we did on Sunday was the one where Jason rolled. I had two people that I had brought alone that were new to the sport. We were sitting at the bottom of the hill waiting for Jason to clear and watched the roll. I looked at one of those guys and he was white as a sheet with fear about what he was about to get in to. He wanted out so bad, but I reached over and tightened up his harness.
The dirt obstacles made a whole new challenge that was very fascinating. There are some trails that are absolutely impassible for anything but a logging skidder. Even that may not make it! The place has a lot of potential. I will be going back. I rode for those hours and did not scratch that surface on the trails nor did I hit the mud hole. There are challenges for all tastes.

After looking at the picture, it doesn't even look bad. I felt like I was standing on my head.

There were indeed a lot of trails with a wide range of difficulty. It'll be much nicer once they get all organized with trail maps and signs and stuff. Unfortunately I broke my front driveshaft after only about 4 hours Sat. (right as everyone else got there) and called it quits. Looks like a broken motor mount may be really to blame for the driveshaft (finally found out where that noise was coming from) I'd like to go back and ride some of the more difficult trails not too long away. I can imagine that a lot of the trails will get much tougher once we get significant rainfall since they are mostly dirt. All in all, looks like we could have a winner close to home.
